Ordering Info

Firstly browse through the colour palettes, once you have made a decision you can click on the selected fabric to order your custom made curtains or you can order samples before you buy. Samples are only $5 each with a minimum order of $10. You will receive a voucher with your samples that you can redeem when you purchase your curtains.

Orders are not processed in real time, our team will revise you order before your payment is finalized, if necessary we will contact you within 24 hours.
When your order is processed we will send you a confirmation e-mail, your curtains are then manufactured and we will again send you an e-mail when they are ready to be dispatched to you.

Hooks and Creases

Curtains are supplied with hooks that have been selected according to your order; this allows you to hang them straight away.
We fold and press all our curtains before they are posted to you, due to the nature of fabric you may have some creases when you first hang your curtains, don’t panic!! They will disappear within 2 weeks.

Washing Instructions

Most of our fabrics are machine washable, but please refer to care label

Security

Ecurtains has taken every reasonable step to process your personal information securely. Your credit card details are sent via a secure link to us; please ensure that a yellow padlock is displayed at the bottom of the screen whilst entering your personal details.
Once your credit card has been processed records are deleted.
